MassLive announced its Super 7 selections over the past two weeks, releasing the top players for basketball, hockey, skiing and swimming. While some winter athletes are unable to participate due to the coronavirus pandemic, all athletes were considered for the winter Super 7 lists.
The Pioneer Valley Interscholastic Athletic Conference began tryouts and practices for the winter season on Jan. 11 with games scheduled to begin on Jan. 21.
