Deshaun Watson's agent, David Mulugheta, called out Fox Sports' Uncle Jimmy for comments he made about the quarterback, and athletes in general.
On Friday's episode of the FS1 show "Speak For Yourself," Uncle Jimmy (real name Jimmy Dodds) was asked for his thoughts on the quarterback reportedly requesting a trade from the Texans.
"That's how I feel about Deshaun Watson and a whole bunch of these young athletes," he said. "Because they all say the same thing. They all say they want to be treated with respect. And they want to be treated like a man. And you do realize that most of these athletes ain't been raised by no man. So how in the hell are they going to know how to act like a man?"

The troublesome comment is "most of these athletes ain't been raised by no man," which perpetuates a stereotype among Black players. In a tweet Saturday, Watson's agent called the commentary "racist propaganda."
. @FS1 & @SFY the fact that you allowed this type of racist propaganda to be spewed on your show & had the nerve to post it on social media is mind blowing. You’re complicit in furthering the negative stereo-types not only black athletes face but African Americans as a whole. pic.twitter.com/Jl8u3jA3qT

Quincy Avery, Watson's personal quarterback coach, also called out the commentary, saying it was "disrespectful."
Fs1 uses black folks who are out of touch with the black community to spew ignorance about black folks. But this is disrespectful on a number of levels, first to a young man & his mother second to black people as a whole. https://t.co/n7fEsNXwLU

The two other analysts in the clip, Emmanuel Acho and Marcellus Wiley, didn't say much about the comment. Acho has been silent on the topic on social media, but Wiley did issue a response to the criticism.
Instead of issuing some sort of apology, Wiley doubled down and said those who were upset were simply being "sensitive."
All this deflection instead of just saying y’all sensitive! I get it, you rep Deshaun, but u don’t rep all black people! This God-Complex & Grandstanding to a spoof is incredulous
Plz break out of those mental chains. The world ain't out to get you. You aren't that special! ✊🏿 https://t.co/Obd7HeuywD
